*The event will be confirmed if there are 25 or more reservations for each date and time.
*There will be no guide on board the bus. The driver will provide information in simple English and Korean during rest stops at highway service areas.
*Arrival times at the destination will vary depending on traffic conditions and the end time of the performance, both for the outbound and return journeys.

[Regarding carry-on baggage]
To prioritize passenger space, please refrain from bringing suitcases. Please limit your luggage to items that can be placed at your feet or on your lap.
Please refrain from attending if you are using a wheelchair.
[Regarding departure and arrival points]
If the minimum number of participants (25 people) is not met in any location, we may ask you to change the tour date. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes before each departure time. If you do not arrive on time, the vehicle will depart without your consent. Please note that in this case, no refund will be given.
[Cancellation policy based on midnight]
Concert-related products cannot be canceled after payment is completed. *Please make your reservation after securing your tickets.*
[Regarding departure and arrival times at the venue]
Departure from the venue... Departure is scheduled within 50 minutes after the concert ends. Please note that no refunds will be given for any reason if you do not arrive at the meeting place by the departure time.
All tours involve sharing a bus with other passengers. Arrival times may be longer than scheduled due to weather and road conditions. Travel between Seoul and Busan is via expressway (approximately 6-8 hours). This may take longer depending on road conditions. Please allow ample time when planning your subsequent activities.
[How to contact us]
You will receive an email three days before your trip with details about the bus boarding location. Please check your spam folder. We will send you a detailed photo and map of the meeting place on the day of departure, taking into account traffic restrictions. Please be sure to have internet access, a SIM card, or Wi-Fi on the day of departure.
