The BTS concert will be held at the Busan Asiad Stadium. By booking a shuttle bus, you can safely return to your hotel even late at night. We also offer shuttle buses to Incheon Airport and Gimhae Airport to coincide with your morning return flight.

[Regarding carry-on baggage]
To prioritize passenger space, please refrain from bringing suitcases. Please limit your luggage to items that can be placed at your feet or on your lap.
Please refrain from attending if you are using a wheelchair.
[Regarding Departure]
If the minimum number of participants for each drop-off/pick-up location is not met (20 people or more), we may ask you to change the location. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes before each departure time. If you do not arrive on time, the vehicle will depart without your consent. Please note that in this case, no refund will be given.
[Cancellation policy based on midnight]
Concert-related products cannot be canceled after payment is completed. *Please make your reservation after securing your tickets.*
[Regarding departure and arrival times at the venue]
Departure from the venue... Departure is scheduled within 50 minutes after the concert ends. Please note that no refunds will be given for any reason if you do not arrive at the meeting place by the departure time.
Each drop-off point... All plans involve sharing a ride with other passengers. Depending on the weather and road conditions, arrival times may be longer than scheduled. Passengers heading to Incheon Airport or Gimhae Airport should book their tickets with ample time to spare for their flight. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you are late for your flight. Using the expressway (Busan to Incheon Airport: approximately 6-8 hours). From the stadium to Gimhae Airport: approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. This may take longer depending on road conditions.
[How to contact us]
You will receive an email three days before your trip with details about the bus boarding location. Please check your spam folder. We will send you a detailed photo and map of the meeting place on the day of departure, taking into account traffic restrictions. Please be sure to have internet access, a SIM card, or Wi-Fi on the day of departure.
