[Regarding luggage] 1-2 people: Up to 2 suitcases 3-6 people: Up to 6 suitcases (2 large + 3 medium + 1 carry-on small)

Due to the vehicle's design, please refrain from bringing in folding wheelchairs.

- If you have a folding stroller, we may ask you to adjust the number of suitcases.

・If you have more luggage than initially declared on your return date, an additional charge of 10,000 won per piece may apply. *Depending on the number of additional pieces, we may not be able to accommodate them.

[Meeting at the Airport] Once you have cleared immigration and collected your suitcase, please come to the designated meeting point inside the airport, which will be announced via LINE. Once you have sent us a LINE message at the meeting point, a vehicle and driver waiting nearby will come to pick you up in a few minutes. To ensure a smooth journey, we will depart immediately after the driver has joined you, so please make any necessary airport arrangements (such as creating a Wow Pass, purchasing a SIM card, or renting Wi-Fi) in Japan beforehand.

The meeting time is scheduled for one hour after the flight's arrival time. However, this can vary considerably depending on the congestion at immigration (it usually takes a little less than an hour), so the driver may wait for you, or if the flight arrives early and you come out to the lobby, you may be asked to wait for the driver.

If you are unable to meet your driver 1.5 hours after your flight's arrival time due to arrival delays, congestion at immigration, or other reasons attributable to you, a waiting fee will be charged (30,000 won for 30 minutes, cash payment only; however, depending on the schedule, we may not be able to wait for you). *If this occurs, the entire service will be treated as a same-day cancellation and no refund will be given.

[Hotel Pickup] Pickup will be 4 hours before your flight time. Please wait at the hotel entrance on the 1st floor at the scheduled time. Due to traffic conditions, the driver's arrival time may vary slightly, in which case we will contact you via LINE. *If we are unable to contact you or you are not at the meeting place 15 minutes after the agreed time, your service may be cancelled (it may be possible to extend the waiting time by up to 30 minutes for 30,000 won).

[Changes and cancellations are based on the time of midnight]

If your flight is delayed or cancelled, you will need to reschedule. Changing or adding pick-up/drop-off locations will incur an additional fee of 40,000 won per location (limited to central Seoul addresses; some locations may not be accommodated).

If you cancel, the following cancellation fees will apply.

From the day of the reservation to 3 days prior... No full refunds will be given.

Up to 4-6 days prior... 50% refund of payment
