[About the number of luggage]
1-2 people: Maximum 2 suitcases
3-6 people: Up to 6 suitcases (2 L size + 3 M size + 1 S size in the cabin)

・Due to the structure of the vehicle, please refrain from bringing folding wheelchairs.

・If you have a folding stroller, you may be asked to adjust the number of suitcases.

・If you have more luggage than the number of items you initially requested on the day of your return, an additional fee of 10,000 won per item may be charged. *Depending on the number of items, we may not be able to load them.

[Meeting at the airport]
Once you have completed immigration and collected your suitcase, please come to the meeting point at the airport as notified via LINE. Once you have sent a LINE message at the meeting point, a vehicle and driver will be waiting nearby and will come to pick you up within a few minutes.
To ensure a smooth trip, we will depart immediately after meeting the driver, so please make any necessary arrangements for the airport (creating a WOW Pass, purchasing a SIM card, renting Wi-Fi, etc.) in Japan.

The meeting time is scheduled to be one hour after the flight's arrival time. This can vary considerably depending on the congestion at immigration (it usually takes just under an hour), so the driver may wait for you, or if your flight arrives early and you come out to the lobby, you may be asked to wait for the driver to arrive.

If you are unable to meet the driver within 1.5 hours of your flight's arrival time due to arrival delays, congestion at immigration, or your own personal circumstances, an additional waiting fee will be charged (30,000 won for 30 minutes, payable in cash *We may not be able to wait depending on the schedule).
*After that, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation on the day and no refunds will be given.

[Hotel pick-up]
Pick-up will be 4 hours before flight time. Please wait at the hotel entrance on the first floor at the appointed time. The driver's arrival may be delayed depending on road conditions, so we will contact you via LINE.
* If you are unable to be contacted or do not show up at the meeting point within 15 minutes of the agreed time, your reservation may be canceled (we may be able to extend the waiting time by up to 30 minutes for 30,000 won).

[Changes and cancellations based on midnight]

If you wish to change the date and time due to a delay or cancellation, you will need to make a new reservation. If you wish to change or add a pickup location, an additional fee of 40,000 won will be charged per location (only applies to addresses in central Seoul. This may not be possible depending on the location).

If you cancel, the following cancellation fees will apply:

On the day to 3 days before: Full refund not available

4 to 6 days before: 50% of payment will be refunded

7 days or earlier: full refund
